To provide greater flexibility for our client, the subdivision has been designed and delivered in two stages. Stage 1 includes 13 townhouses; the remaining six will be completed and registered in Stage 2. This staged approach gives our client the freedom to complete construction in line with their project timeline, while still allowing for the earlier sale or settlement of the initial lots.
