Founded in 2010 by Glenn Smith, Smith Land Consulting was established to offer a more client-focused, tailored approach to land surveying and development services. Today, the firm is a respected consultancy with a strong presence across Victoria, delivering clear and practical solutions for projects of all sizes.
With offices in Melbourne, Geelong, Torquay and Warrnambool, our licensed surveyors and planning consultants provide expert advice backed by local knowledge. We work closely with developers, architects, local government, homeowners and builders, offering services that range from boundary surveys and subdivision planning to large-scale development consulting.
In 2025, Smith Land Consulting acquired Surfcoast Survey and Drafting Services. This move deepened our roots across Victoria and expanded our capacity to service communities with the same quality and responsiveness clients have come to expect.
