Glenn Smith is the founding Director of Smith Land Consulting and brings over two decades of experience in surveying and land development. Since establishing the firm in 2010, he has grown it into a respected and trusted consultancy, recognised for its high-quality service, technical precision, and practical development advice.

Glenn specialises in all aspects of the subdivision process, with expertise in cadastral law, subdivision design, and strategic development consulting. His in-depth knowledge of Victoria’s planning and land tenure systems allows him to deliver clear, commercially focused solutions across a wide range of urban and regional projects.

A Licensed Surveyor, Glenn is an active member of both the Association of Consulting Surveyors Victoria (ACSV) and the Institution of Surveyors Victoria (ISV), where he continues to support the profession and advocate for high industry standards.
